Make a Referral
RoSA encourages People to self-refer to our services. We understand that sometimes you may find this difficult, and so we also accept third party referrals on your behalf e.g. from SARC’s, GPs, mental health services, IAPT, schools, colleges, etc., as long as your consent has been given for the referral to be made. Access to RoSA’s services is confidential and we have created a secure online method for you to Make a Referral.
How to Refer
If you are referring yourself to RoSA service – please select Self-Referral, within our online form. If you are a professional, supporter or family member you can make a referral by selecting the Refer Someone option within our online form. However we would recommend that you:
- Have spoken to the person about RoSA and who we are
- They are aware that you are making the referral and why
- You have their permission to contact RoSA and for us to contact them directly
What Happens Next…
When RoSA has received the referral we will arrange an appointment in order to determine the next stage of the process. It gives you a chance to meet us and for you to decide whether we are the right service for you.

Helpline
The Helpline, 01788 551151 is available during weekdays and is manned by specially trained staff offering support to survivors, partners, families and carers who have been affected directly or indirectly by rape, sexual abuse and child sexual exploitation (CSE).
